Steven Storch is a trial lawyer of remarkable experience and breadth. He has spent countless hours in the courtroom, representing a wide range of clients on both sides of the aisle in federal and state courtrooms nationwide, obtaining significant jury verdicts as well as arbitration awards on behalf of his clients. His complex commercial litigation practice includes intellectual property, bankruptcy and commercial real estate litigation. He also handles professional malpractice cases against lawyers and accountants, as well breach of contract and fiduciary duty, and matters involving tortious interference with business relations.
Steve has also represented businesses and individuals in cases under the federal securities laws, and in actions involving allegations of accounting and financial fraud. His practice includes complex white-collor crime defense matters and confidential investigations on behalf of clients facing potential criminal and regulatory exposure. He has also acted as a court-appointed referee in complex commercial cases in New York courts and has successfully argued appeals in both federal and state courts.
